It seems like 100% ok but temperature Data show 21 its mean HDD needs more Cool place.

Go with your HDD to any near Data Recovery shop if they are using PC3000 ask them to unlock the HDD maybe they charge $10 to $15 for their service it take only 5 minutes this is a very best solution for you.
