4 heads on this, is it 80% or 75%. I'd go with dead, or if it's still reading good data, a very weak head. You have 2 choices - replace the heads - not really a DIY job or sit it out and pray you're not turning ...

nice progress, albeit, as i said H1 is weak, it might die completely or even survive, but the data will be corrupt anyway due to missing blocks. The drive could be cloned in a few hours with the working heads on a good tool, and probably would be completely recoverable after a head swap, ...

maybe one head damaged or platter damaged. Sometimes hdd has weak heads with lot of bad sectors area. at this kind of hard drive can't be recovered without proper tools. if you are trying to read it lot of time, final result maybe head clicking.
