I have ST31500541AS , I need the pins to short to solve the Led error,

Is terminal access locked? Which LED error are you getting?

If you spend a bit of time studying the PCB it should be relatively easy to find the shorting points :)

Perhaps give some more detail on the terminal output.

The PCB is blocked, no output at all, spinning, no clicking, making the lovely trrrrrrr sound and then keeps spinning. BSY only is on. Could not access the terminal.

You can always try the "card" method if you can't find the pins, though it's worth reading around a bit so you can learn how to find them yourself which will help you when new PCBs come out.

But… I believe these are the two you need:

Something doesn't look right with the ROM chip. Excess solder, burn marks on pcb, sticker over what looks like melted plastic, white corrosion looking stuff around it...

No, we swapped the rom to another pcb to check only, it is alright, thank you. This resulted from soldering the rom
