BTW, the database lists "MJRA" for "Kojin RE" (sic). Isn't the "A" the first character of the CCC ("A0")?

Yes, but since the A never varies I just left it in there. The search tool actually only used the three letters, not all four. It's not actually searching on that sheet, I just used the list I'd collected there to build my other search tool.

I've made those corrections Kojn_RE is now spelled correctly, and I've added that one to Endeavor family.

If a few more experienced guys are willing to add the families they know we can all enjoy a nice tool.

You are doing a very hard work, i think i can help you with this
chk attached file

Thanks Einstein! I'll correlate the two lists and add yours into the search.

Though I notice that you were mostly only keeping track of the first two digits, which doesn't always work with marvel since some families have models with the first two digits the same and only a different third digit.... so I'm not sure I can incorporate those ones since the search tool uses three digits.

I guess it doesn't really matter that you only put two digits, just takes a little common sense to figure out whether the third is an A, Y, T, etc. for each family to make it work with my search.

Thanks again Einstein! Very helpful.

you are welcome...

some time ago i started this task (and never finished it) my plan was with Excel then i got stuck somewhere with the damn formula (conflicts) then i moved to PHP and did not work with me, after some time i realized that I HAVE MORE IMPORTANT tasks to focus on rather than this. but since you wanted to move on i thought this file might help you guys at least with something.

wish u the best heheh
