Can anybody confirm me, if this is the short point for this PCB 100696152

It is one of the differential lines running to the preamp. On that pcb it is the one at the middle. This pcb does not have any termination resistor on the read channel so it is not possible to differentiate between read and write channels just by looking at the traces in this case.

True, but I would think that a voltage measurement would differentiate between read and write.

yeah, i said just by looking at the traces. I usually check it with scope if it is not trivial from the terminations, your multimeter method might be also usable, though i am not sure if all drives behave the same.
