I have this Seagate ST1000LM035-1RK72 WQ9283K7 FW:0001 which is weak and died upon recovery.

Changed new sets of heads > was clicking for a while > got DSC FAIL error > Performadoubledownloadwithoutapowercycle > goes into DRD state > but cannot do anything

Upon unlocking Tech mode i noticed this errors.

What can i do in this situation??
Anyone can help?

Thanks!

The "used space" and "whole space" checksum errors are bogus. Segment 2B contains SMART attribute data.

No, the data is OK, but there are no checksums. PC3000 is wrong.

Ok that means. The heads must be incompatible

No.
It means PC3k gives false negatives.

Use F3RomExplorer to extracts those segments to a file, then analyse the files with a hex editor.

the error means drive can read servo fine but cannot sync on sector, on both sa copies, which suggests it is looking at wrong location, which typically happens if rom is not native or head map is screwed.
Or both heads are weak, but i consider that having less chance.

I would say this is a typical issue of scratches to the surface that preventing heads from loading SA.
