any help to decrypting data ?
BTW i dont access to HDD ID on sata board and USB board , maybe its related with this issue ?
and i check for damaged modules only this modules has error

Most likely the drive is encrypted. (SmartWare....etc)
Customers always lies. Try to download WD security and run it while the drive is connected (via USB)

And see if the drive is asking for a user password.
