drive been dropped? maybe ramp has moved. I would put new ramp and heads in. Also I would consider a platter swap.

When scratch is made by head or head component, metal pieces going all over the drive, filter etc.

Platters are probably damaged in other areas by micro pieces which went be twin heads and platters.

in this case its a waist of time to put new heads in to that drive.
---------
that's my opinion - try to swap them cause this heads are very easy to swap.

Hi thanks, but i found the heads and they where just out off the head stack.

The filter is clean, and looking at the microscope i dont see that the heads that where out, became as "metal pieces", in some drives that happen but this one did not happen.

I Will give a try, just need to find a donor, them report what happen.

Thanks
