Hello. I have a few questions. I would be happy if you help.

I have a model hard disk.
ST3160812AS - 9BD132-302
3rd AAD
Donor hard disk
9BD132-021
3.AHL
I transferred the disk of my faulty hard disk to the donor hard disk without any problems. (The disc is spinning and there are no scratches, no clicking noise).
I transferred the ROM successfully.

When I read it with Hyperterminal, it returns a result like the following. (image_1)

I can't get to F3 > level on the command line. It always stays at F. (no 3)

Where should I start? What can I do?
The files don't matter much. I'm just trying to learn.

Hello,

-that disk is not F3 arch, that's why you don't get F3 prompt.
-why did you transfer the ROM?
-why did you transplant platter instead of head assembly?
It cannot read boot adaptives from the SA, which can be due to wrong pcb, wrong fw, weak heads.
if you wanna learn, reassemble the donor and check if it still works :)

Hello Pepe. Thank you for your answer.
As you said, I restored the Donor hard disk to its original state. I restored the ROM I backed up. Now the terminal returns the result as follows. The disk is no longer spinning.
What should I do now.

Something is wrong with ROM. You need to check if you solder it back right

Thank you for your answer.
I found a new donor hard drive.
Everything is exactly the same. Model, Firmware, site code all numbers match. Production dates differ by only 3 months.
Now, if I transfer the disk I have to the donor's hard disk, will I still need to transfer the old BIOS integrated? (Firmware same 3.AAD).
Also, is it necessary to align the plate? (There is only 1 plate)
