You'll need face to face help with proof you are the legal owner

to unlock you need a PC3k SCSI or UDMA, or DR company, or rma drive if you do not care about data, send it back for new one the factory can help you unlock it also.

Since no one will probably help you except to sell their service to you, I'll give it a shot. If it is a user lock than you unlock it by using the default master lock password and secure erase the drive, which will reset/unlock the user password (mostly). If it's a master lock, you can use a cheap service like HDD Unlock Wizard to reset the password and erase the disk. For a few dollars more HDD Unlock Wizard will not issue the secure erase command after the unlock. If all else fails, you'll need a hardware/software solution that costs a bit more. The last 2 option will also recover your data.. the others will destroy data..

good luck

Some solutions in the wrong hands can make a lot of damage and there are also legal implications too. That's why sometimes is impossible such "help".
In this particular case, anyway, proprietary tools are needed and DIY solutions don't work.
Referring to a local DR pro would be the solution, it should cost not much.
