Hello everybody. I write to you with a problem. I apologize in advance for my English, it is at the school level. But that's not the point. At the most inopportune moment, my WD3200JD-60KLB0 died. Judging by the signs, die heads, spindles possible. In our city, and in the regions - have been unable to find a similar hard drive. As I understand it, it is necessary to restore the exact same model, completely identical. Perhaps someone from the local members of the forum was overlooked a dead hard drive? I would be very grateful to the remuneration agreed.

Moreover, do I need a head, rather than a set of tools. In other words, you need a hard drive donor.

When enabled, the hard drive begins to emit characteristic clicks. The service center is uniquely determined that the dead heads.

Yeap, seems to be dead heads. Sometimes with less probability could be also damaged PCB. Do you know if the service change PCB board? or have you? BTW, I recommend you to open a new thread with this case.

Best

PCB in order, when tested, the board alive. Perhaps someone knows of any hard drive can go head to this model? Or should it be of the exact same hard drive? I see no reason to create a new topic and clog the forum.
