Im not sure. In my experience I use only PCB 771812 (SATA) for 771814(USB). 771812 is found on Jamaica 4KV series.

If you try with 771692 it would be good to hear if it works for you :)

Hello! Can anyone help with a similar problem - a hard disk WD10TMVM 1.0Tb. Connecting the USB 3.0. Problem - not determined in Windows, not in BIOS.
HDD space WD10TMVM 1.0Tb electronically controlled 2060-77814-001.
Question: Is it possible to recover data from the disk? Can I return to normal HDD enclosures WD10TMVM 1.0Tb?
Thank you for your attention.
Sincerely, Alex

Tjose are dificult drives, even for pros. If data is important to you and you want to recover it, best advice is to take it to a data recovery center near you.

Thank you very much for your quick response. Will refer to specialists. Thank you.

Hi,
Colleagues I have a WD 320 GB WD3200BMVW-11AMCS4 drive based on a 2060-771814-001 board
on USB, which has failed, (you can hear squeaking inside)
I have a second working drive WD3200BPVT-00JJ5T0 Based on the board 2060-771820-000
Tell me if these boards are compatible ? If so, which IC should be soldered ?
Thank you for your help

Most likely not something you can recover on your own, so not much point in swapping the boards. 771820 is compatible with 771814 btw, need to swap U12.
