Im not sure. In my experience I use only PCB 771812 (SATA) for 771814(USB). 771812 is found on Jamaica 4KV series.

If you try with 771692 it would be good to hear if it works for you :)

Hello! Can anyone help with a similar problem - a hard disk WD10TMVM 1.0Tb. Connecting the USB 3.0. Problem - not determined in Windows, not in BIOS.
HDD space WD10TMVM 1.0Tb electronically controlled 2060-77814-001.
Question: Is it possible to recover data from the disk? Can I return to normal HDD enclosures WD10TMVM 1.0Tb?
Thank you for your attention.
Sincerely, Alex

Tjose are dificult drives, even for pros. If data is important to you and you want to recover it, best advice is to take it to a data recovery center near you.

It can be an un-expensive issue, like USB plug loosen on the PCB or the solder not allowing contact on the PCB of the drive with the USB interface, but if data is really important it's better not to risk anything and take it to the specialists. They should be able to assist.
