Hi there, after massive usage this disk crashed.
Now is recognized by the system but report size of 0 byte.
I tried to check with OnTrack Enterprise but every type of scan stops after 2sec with error

The model is a Seagate Momentus 5400.6 500GB 2.5" SATA drive
Any advice? Thanks

And when you don't like the message you blame the messenger...

It doesn't require for one to be a genious, or even a DR pro to figure out that your knowledge about hard drives is almost zero.

I feel very sorry for your costumers, that is, if you are really running a DR business at all...

Kind regards and chill up !
