When I installed Crystaldisc it gave me a warning because of the Start/Stop count? I believe the numbers were 1 1 28. I ran chkdsk /r with no problems. Haven't had any errors or problems with it, just decided to run Crystaldisc and it gave me the warning and I Can't seem to find much info on it. The HDD is a seagate 2.5'' Laptop HDD btw.

Can you post the raw number too if you have it? The numbers you've posted appear to be the current normalised value, worst normalised value and the threshold.

You're getting a warning because the current value (1) is below the threshold of 28. This doesn't mean the disk is failing but it has spun up/down a lot more times than the defined threshold. Drives are normally rated for/tested at a certain number of start /stop cycles (e.g. 50,000).

Does the drive spin down a lot? The power management /APM settings may be configured to have a low spin down timeout.

Again, the raw value will help me understand if this is the case. Generally
