Hello, in my old laptop hard disk drive Hitachi HTS541680J9SA00 has died.
After moving to the PC no computer could not see him. When connected to a PC program MHDD can not see it, even if you set the IDE mode for SATA drives. Plates normally rotate.

Whis operating system do you use, Windows ?

Is the drive invisible in the disk manager ?

Have you booting your computer from a Linux boot CD ?
