Hello everyone!
Please help with this Samsung issue!
The drive after powering spins up, no any strange noise, and spins down.
The terminal message is:
IS=+00001

ENG>SRV>
SvoTbl Loaded

STW TYPE = 0004
LED 5B
LED 5B

...and so on....and drive stays BSY state.

After a head exchange the problem still there. (The donor drive is works fine with patient HSA)
With hot swap i tried read out the firmware modules, but i can read only 00,02,06,07,32,33,4C,53,5B,5D,5E,5F,75,77 modules.
I tried clear SMART a G-List with Samsung SRT Tool, but nothing has been solved.
Thanks for any help!

Try to disable h0 or h1 and try to start device another time.

Maybe bad secs on any copy on FW and if you disable 1 head maybe drive can start on correct way.

Hello, and thanks for all who tried help me.
The soft reset does not work, tomorrow i will try disable head 0 or 1 in ram, but i think my hot swap drive uses another version of firmware, so i though my hot swap donor is not perfect for hot swap method.

I have a new donor HM121HC drive. After hot swap i have read out all modules except module11 (Rlist) I can't overwrite this module, i think there is a SA damage. So i have to upload all other modules to my donor drive and doing a smart hot swap? Could be this work?

Can you read each copy of the faulty module and assemble one good Rlist from the partial copies? If so, then you could edit the module directory and shift module 11 to another location. There is a thread at the HDD Oracle where I explain how to do this.

Case closed, data recovered 100% doing smart hot swap method.
