We can remotely recover video from DHFS recorders. But we use our own custom software.

Both softwares are very much costly ( US$ 680 for permanent license , while US $ 168 for one time use )

I confirm HX-Recovery for DVR & NVR

current version is 4.3.8 and have correctly parsed the content of a DHFS 4.1 drive

still working on this case here (have a clone for them later) 8TBx2 both re-initialed

There are several typical scenarios of data lost on DVR:
- footage overwritten because out of date; (in the most cases)
- drive was reinitialized in windows after someone decide to look data on computer; (rare)
- re-initialization. (rare)
DHFS 4.1 Used in Dhau DVR and some white labels.

Video may be recovered even if DHFS metadata overwritten.
Cases easy to solve.

We can handle such cases here (recording recovered)

My point here is that i tried the "MyCCTV App" and scanning did not find anything coz its re-init. 4 Parts. Dahua 4K NVR (offset found manually if this is what you are talking about)

I have DVR drive with DHFS file system and need to recover deleted videos. Drive size is 2 TB. Let me know you can recovery from DHFS file system and how much will you charge?
