 Post subject: Ayuda con HDD ST5000DM001 diagnostic ports locked!!!

Hola a todos:

Tengo un hdd seagate de 5 TB modelo ST5000DM001 no reconocido por el bios. Logro hacer la conexion por el puerto serie pero cada vez que intento enviar un comando a traves de Hyperterminal da el siguiente error Diagnostic ports locked.

Si alguien me puede dar alguna idea del problema se lo agradecería.
