Is this the sound of bad heads??
No visible platter damage.
PCB checks out okay.
I have not heard a Seagate make this sound before (but I am a newbie).

I have seen a seagate drive with 1 screw got off from the magnet.
what is the full model of the drive ?
did you examine carefully the filter ?

The filter is perfectly clean.

If this is a customers drive you may want to send to to a facility that has the experience to handle this job. The sound is common.
