999 times out of 1000, you will need professional data recovery assistance. It is unlikely that you will be able to revive the drive without tools to work with the service areas. Depending on the root cause, it could be a minor recovery for less than $500.

I find it interesting that this topic is a poll. Where's the "Should've bought a Toshiba instead" option? :D

In all seriousness though. These drives are known to be problematic. If it's not making any strange noises, just spinning normally, it could be a media cache issue or translator problem. But, very hard to diagnose and even harder to repair without pro tools.

Some clicking noise, if connected as secondary HDD, win 7 disk management shows drive 0, with 3.9GB capacity, but if i click shows disk i/o error.

Is this a problem with logic PCB board, if so where can i get this PCB?

Extremely unlikely PCB, 99% certainly physical heads issue.
