 Post subject: WD30EZRX-00AZ6B0 Firmware

I have a WD30EZRX-00AZ6B0 Harddrive , it spins up and Head noise are normal.

After a reboot the Drive is not recognised in the Bios (PC and Cables are OK)

What can I do ?

MHDD ???

Are you saying that the drive always shows up during an initial boot but then disappears after a reboot? Or do you mean that the drive was working until the last boot attempt and is now dead?

I mean that the drive was working until the last boot attempt and is now dead.
Drive dont shows now up at all.

Sounds like head problem on head 0 (at least).

Well, I don't think the problem is the Head 0 and 1.
This problem propably FW, BSY state, slow reponding. Permanenlty on highest drives Up 2TB, 3TB, etc.

If the problem is slow responding bios would picked it up...

Ok, but Let the author of check PCBs, and clean up oxydation HSA pinout, Because maybe too early prognosis damage the heads.
