 Post subject: SMP flags not getting cleared

I am unable to clear SMP flags from any of the seagate disks & getting error " Saved MODpages Invalid signature "

What is wrong in all drives. How to come out of this issue.Attached is error snap

You need to edit the right sysfile
You cant just open a random sysfile/module and apply to clear SMP flags
(From what I see you have opened module 000F, which is clearly not the right one)

Thanks for quick replying.

yes I am randomly opening sysfiles. As I dont know which file is having issue. Lots of files dont open and give error.
I think its 08F for Wyatt family.

Right it is located in 8F sysfile or you can simply go to:
Tools ---> service information ---> work with service area ---> edit HDD ID ---> edit HDD ID

Thanks for all the help. I edited 8F file & cleared flags. Drive become like normal & I could extract all required data.
Case solved successfully.
