Hi
This is a query for Seagate Freeagent Goflex 1 TB portable external hard disk (S. No.: NA0BBVT0).
The connector of this became loose and eventually not detected by the laptop USB port.
I looked for the hard disk external case enclosures where it works fine however it’s thickness is more than the enclosure so I can't pack it. It fits in length and width though. Looking for clues on what can be the solution of this issue from your experience.
