If the drive doesn't spin and if the PCB is working fine then you might have ROM problems (like damaged FIPS section/module of ROM) and/or damaged pre-amp.

If you connect the drive to TTL what log does it produces ?

Did you test the new PCB without ROM swaping ? Did it spin ? If yes did you swap ROM then ? Did it spin ?

Thanks for reply.

i desolder rom chip from faulty pcb as you can see...
i recovered disks via rom transfer. Disk spins normally.

i 've five HD322GJ that needs pcb for this common problem...

Maybe main chip or easy problem?

Ok ! If you have already RECOVERED the data then the pre-amp and ROM was ok (you swapped chips) so the problem is limited indeed to the PCB.

With that in mind someone like @fzabkar might be able to help you out in tracing the PCB and figuring out what is going on with it.

Also maybe those PCBs suffer from the same type of failure (they can have components that fail most of the time in all of them) assuming they didn't suffer a power surge, etc ...

thanx for reply.

i have 3 broken boards of hd322gj.

at diode mod

vio(up) vio (down) Vneg

A 0,646V 0,082V 0,180V

B 0,635V 0,068V 0.180V

C 0,685V 0,108V 0,190V

Well,
Sometimes The Zero Ohm Resistor in Series From Main Supply is Open ,Please Check That Too ,Very Common In These PCB 's

he probably measured voltages without supply, in diode mode across the tvses, so it is not very meaningful
