 Post subject: Another Samsung HD322GJ Problem

i recovered app 10 HD322GJ that all of PCB faulty

it doesn't spin. And there is no visible error on PCB.

TVS's O.K.

What should I suspect part?

Thanks for reply.

i desolder rom chip from faulty pcb as you can see...
i recovered disks via rom transfer. Disk spins normally.

i 've five HD322GJ that needs pcb for this common problem...

Maybe main chip or easy problem?

i have 3 broken boards of hd322gj.

at diode mod

vio(up) vio (down) Vneg

A 0,646V 0,082V 0,180V

B 0,635V 0,068V 0.180V

C 0,685V 0,108V 0,190V

2.5v, 1.2v (?) and -5v

confirm 12v and 5v at diodes

Well,
Sometimes The Zero Ohm Resistor in Series From Main Supply is Open ,Please Check That Too ,Very Common In These PCB 's

he probably measured voltages without supply, in diode mode across the tvses, so it is not very meaningful
