I have hard drive samsung 500Gb company
Currently to fire hot, hard drive will not boot not spin
Need help repairing PCB for data recovery

This is STJ009 power mosfet.
If fire hot, replace.

Many people have reported that after replacing the STJ009, the replacement IC burns up again.

I honestly don't know. The only possibilities that I could come up with were shorted turns in the coil, or a fault in the PWM drive from the motor controller.
