I am running windows 7 64 Bit.
I want to access my files on another 2.5" SATA 2.0 from my old laptop, see screen print below Disk 1.
I plugged it into a USB 3.0 Dock to view / transfer the files.
Although it shows in Disk Management it does not show in my computer, so can't access my files and folders.
How can I access my files via my USB Dock?
Is it possible without making irreversible changes to the drive?

Any advise would be much appreciated

Right click on Disk 1 and select Online.

Can you show us the Partitions window in DMDE (freeware)?

Just a quick question, was the drive ever cloned onto the current OS drive? If so it's offline because of a GUID conflict, and it won't allow you to put it online unless you change the GUID.

Which partition are the files you want? 119 GB or 113 GB [unallocated]? I'm wanting to learn, will be listening in.

Thanks for all the responses.
I have not made any changes yet, until I better understand the implications of
such changes and wether such changes would be reversible?
Please advise a little further.

fzabkar

I'll take a look at DMDE, thanks.

Yes this drive was cloned from a smaller disk as an initial installation back up.
I haven't extended the unallocated area yet as I've not had any reason to at this time.

Is a GUID conflict the same as a Disk Signature Collision ?
How would I correct a Disk Signature Collision without compromising the disk?

If you have another empty disk, clone this one. After that you are free to experiment with the clone.
Here are some tips.
