Are these read write etc Speeds Normal ?

I think my hard disk is slow maybe its because of my motherboard its an Asus rampage 2 extreme mainboard so i ran a hard disk benchmark by crystalmark ... Are these speeds normal ?

Looks pretty normal for a spinning disk hard drive. Random 4K read/writes is where you'll see an SSD really shine over a HDD.

So 4k random read write speeds are normal ... when i ran benchmark on partition d: of hard drive, speeds are slower than c: why ?

Well,
This is because Drive C is on the outer zone of the hdd and has the highest speed ,Drive D is in the inner zones where tracks are smaller and read/write speed is less . :D

Yes It's the same size but has less free space but all of my applications are installed on c: ...
