It is in one direction. You can use heads with L2958 instead of heads with TI5565, but you can't use heads with TI5565 instead of heads with L2958.

To avoid hacking the ROM, one could transfer both the headstack and PCB from donor to patient. If the MOVLY001 module is incompatible, then transfer this as well.
