WD5000HHTZ (Inca): correct selfscan script is needed

June 20th, 2017, 11:40

Hi guys!
The selfscan scripts that I can find in a few of these HDDs are mostly useless. All of them looks like that one: http://rgho.st/8Wyh7n5Jl
Same thing I found in the file archive here. It is useless because there are nonexistent 81** module (script breaks on that step) and no steps which can create P-list.
In attach you can see such useless script.
Selfscan logs are also useless because there are only 8 steps.
So I need to find some full working selfscan script for that family.
Can someone help me please?

Spildit, could you show any variants?
I have never repaired HDD in such way before
(only one time reanimating an old seagate drive via terminal).
And doing it for my personal drive.
So I'm very noob.

Spildit, well, seems it didnt work for me.
I run the full version with WRRO.
But when finishing 4th step (D1) the drive just parking heads to SA area and spindown, stucked in BUSY. I tried several times. Every 2nd power-on the drive continues D1 from last head and stuck again at the end, after last cylinder. So maybe there are wrong parameters in that step?
Also, the Inca drives is very specific because of 10k rpm.
So, I dont know what to do now. Any advice?
