This drive is dead PCB(5.v TVS diode Short ) Changed PCB and changed eprom
Now Hdd detects Model No:ST_M13FQBL
Heads changed in clean room
PCB and Heads from same model, same FW , date code 45 days difference
Drive connected to Terminal
No terminal response Blank terminal
I am Using 5v adapter (not USB)

if model number appears as ST_M13FQBL. it means SA can not read and ID values load from ROM. It can be a complicated problem maybe media damage.

Just I observed Clicking Very very low sound 4 to 5 times and becomes normal spin

May be The drive Family have problem. Other working drive of this same Family also no terminal output . I checked 3 hdd

what adapter did you used?
I used Max232
