You must have PCB from another drive (or another FW version). The log you posted does not look like JCxx firmware.

friend this hdd has latest firmware u need to short the pcb after second spinup msg appear in cmd after complete calibration of hdd then after ready status or any error or getting t mode u need to follow 0 capacity method
m0,2,2,,,,,22
/1
N1
then power reset
then use these three commands
F3T> F00A2,00,22
then F01E4,00,22
then F057C,043C,22
then /1
then N1
then power reset
this is correct method

if hdd is giving access to sector already and showing capacity then use only congen commands to stop relocations of bad sectors.
F00A2,00,22
F01E4,00,22
F057C,043C,22

Do you know what a servo is?

BTW, why do you insist on encapsulating a few lines of text in an MS doc file?

Code:
Boot 0x10M
FAIL  Servo
Resp
=0003
ResponseFrame
0000
0000
0000
0000
0000
0000
0000
0000
0000
0000

repeated 10 more times

Code:
Failed to load overlay 00000004

Overlay 4 must be loaded from SA to provide support for terminal commands.

Well Venkatesh ,

i am not discussing your issue here but what frank is saying i will elaborate .Just 2 to 3 days back i got a seagate drive with overlay error and it spins down ,This clearly says that heads are not ok and it cannot load critical modules from platter sa area .So head change is definately required in my case .In your case too you can try that ,BTW i already have 3 main data recovery guys from bangalore sending me physical cases on routine basis .if you like i can have a peek to your case in my cleanrooms
