Hello,

Patient Drive :
model : ST31000528AS
S/n : 5VP
P/N : 9YP154-304
FRM : JC4B
DATE : 13286 ,site : WU
-----------------------------
Donar : ST31000528AS
S/n : 9VP
P/N : 9SL154-302
FRM : CC38
DATE : 10453 ,site : TK
------------------------------
Patient Clicking and stops. suspected head damage . Open in Laminar Flow box ,

1. First change Donar Rom Head Adaptive to patient rom , Write adaptive rom (updated ) to patient PCB. Replaced head. seen patient head no4 damaged .

2. Replaced Donar head to patient hdd , Still Clicking and Stops motor. No SA area damage seen.
No ring , no dust on surface.

What could be fault ? In earlier cases I got success even firmware and site code not matching.

Did you check donor heads under microscope after they were in the patient? Or simply place them back to donor, test, and post result.
