( another PC shop try to recover data from windows pc when it was recognized )

at boot hangs bios for about 90/120 seconds, then is show correctly. after load ddrescue/hddsuperclone when try to recovery it hangs for long time and always show as 0 byte. Any advice before ship it to data recovery company?

Could the defect list be full?
