Don't recognized and clicking. A long time ago , consumer let the hdd to fall, but continued to using the hdd.
After the clicking : (at the end, show LED 0001)

i guess it can't catch servo during unlach so it fails...
My first bet was stuck heads too, but reading the full post makes it clear it is not stuck.

The drive appears to have failed to detect the servo on all 5 heads ???

Could this point to a PCB failure? Bad read channel? Dirty HDA contacts?

if the drive was here i could tell it in minutes but by log...
on the other hand it might have got stuck in the meantime, but then it has 2 problems now: clicking and sticktion.
I am also not sure if this model checks servo on all heads or just fails if it can't find it on H0.
this is what's easy to sort out with proper tooling and knowledge even if we don't have log... but we need physical access to the drive.

Maybe heads are stuck between the ramp and the platters which means platters rotate and heads click, drive can't load and unload and unlatch fails.

As pepe said, we're only guessing here.
