D drive have a problem where customers most IMP data and d drive flashing massage to format the drive. When i plug it to my computer and run Get Data Back for NTFS, I were scan wholed drive ant it take 1 hour and 20 to finish scanning. After that i continue with data extraction. After 26 gb data extraction hard disk stop responding and also my system hang after some minute. I switch of my computer and start again but i did not see hitachi hdd in bios as well as in system management. When i touch the hitachi hdd there are no vibration and no power at all. I change sata power port but no luck.after that i check every diode on the pcb with multimeter. 12v diode reading 12.25v and 5v diode reading was 5.15. I can't understand where is a problem? Please help me to short out this problem. I attach pcb photo. There is no burn mark on the pcb.

Measure the Vcore and Vio voltages. Also measure the voltages across the capacitors in the Cuk converter.

Measure the resistances of the two 0.1 ohm (R100) resistors.

If you choose to replace the PCB, remember to transfer the ROM/NVRAM from patient to donor.

@fzabkar
I think your instructions will help many people, but not the OP.

@zaidkagzi47, Vcore is OK.

The Cuk converter (which provides the negative supply for the preamp) has no output, probably because it is not being switched on by the MCU.

The Vio supply appears to be faulty. It is being generated by the motor controller, so this IC must be suspect. Otherwise there may be a short circuit between Vio and ground. Can you check this?
