Which tool did you use to set a password? BIOS or something else?

you can use secure erase function, i think mhdd can do that (as far as i remember).

If you decipher the OP's SMS-ese gibberish, you will note that the drive is a WD My Passport. MHDD does not handle such models, nor does it handle USB drives.
