1. TEST POINTS PLEASE
2. CAN I USE 100739392 AS REPLACEMENT PCB?

There are 3 inductors above the SMOOTH chip. They will be Vcore and Vio. Also measure the voltage at the 2R2 inductor.

I can't tell if the diode is a TVS diode or if it is connected to the coil.
