If you use HRT DEMO you must know that works only on win 95/98 because of direct I/O on the OS to ports.
If you want to use HRT_DEMO on modern windows you need some direct I/O port driver like userport or port talk.
If you use porttalk you then need to run HRT_DEMO with allowio and you can use /a option to allow direct I/O to all ports by kernel driver.
