how i send vsc with ide ata terminal

i want to learn new information baout vsc commands and atat termianl

i do not know how using ata terminal for send vsc command like clear smart or g to p transfer

spildit and fzabkar please help me

If you use HRT DEMO you must know that works only on win 95/98 because of direct I/O on the OS to ports.

If you want to use HRT_DEMO on modern windows you need some direct I/O port driver like userport or port talk.

If you use porttalk you then need to run HRT_DEMO with allowio and you can use /a option to allow direct I/O to all ports by kernel driver.

what is alternative driver to porttalk?

There should be a userport driver and executable to set driver options and install driver on the file section of HDD Guru. But i like porttalk way more. Just use allowio (name of the file) /a

ok you think i use which one? hrt demo or other ata terminals?
