It appears that the drive in jerovsek's eBay link comes with a 40-pin IDE interface adapter. I don't know if they ship extraterrestially, though.

Well, if the drive was scavenged from a broken Mars Rover, maybe he should call NASA and see if they have a spare ?

This is clearly the adapter you need. It is also commonly used for cd/dvd drives so you can probably use an adapter designed for those drives as well, which may be more common on ebay, et al.

From that point, all you need is an IDE to USB adapter cable or IDE USB external enclosure for the drive.
