compatibile PCB for Hitachi HTS541040G9SA00

Hello,

I have damaged PCB for Hitachi HTS541040G9SA00. Unfortunately all PCB socked are damaged and part PCB is broken.

Disk have PCB 320 0A25182 01 and from label 0A26799 DA1189B. Because I don't have the same PCB could you told me what another PCB I can use for this disk. PCB has two chips with ROM and NVRAM.
