Hard drive failed and won't spin up

My WD Hard drive failed and won't spin up, while I'm trying to fix it, I found that it could be the TVSs which could cause this. So I took the diode estimation of the TVSs on my Hard drives.

The one circumnavigated red returns an estimation of 003 and the one orbited blue returns an estimation of 739.
So what must I do to get my Hard drives working once more? Should I replace the TVS diode? Can I replace this TVS DIODE 5VWM 9.2VC SMA?

Can anyone please suggest me, what I have to do to get my Hard Drive working again?

I would try to remove the tvs you measure to 003, if that's what you do. If a tvs breaks (shorts) it has been exposed to a psu with to high output voltage. You can easily have broken the tvs yourself and it may not be your only problem. I hear stories like yours every day, drive arrives with a shorted tvs, ends up having bad heads after being dropped. So take care, if data is important take your drive to a recovery professional now.

"Some" questions:

What kind of WD HDD is it: internal or external?
What happened before the drive was dead?
Does it show any sign of live?
Can you show us a picture of the PCB?
Do you have any experience with soldering?
Is the data important?

If drive has external ROM you can also transfer ROM to working PCB but if data is important to you I would not mess it up.

Thanks for your advice! Can I able to recover my HDD? HDD is not important, I need my all documents, it's very much important for me.

My WD HDD is internal. I got dropped when I was adding another HDD on my CPU (SSD)
No, there is no sign.
Sure I will upload the HDD image soon.
Yep, I have a little bit experience about soldering!
Data is very very important for me. There is my personal documents and also my office documents.

If it got dropped, why would you believe it to be a problem with the TVS diodes ? Was there also some PSU burnings , wrong connected cables ( easy to happen with modular PSUs ) ?

You could take it to PCN, as you are in the same city, and the data is important.

The 5V TVS diode measures 3 ohms. I suspect that the OP has swapped modular cables between different PSUs, causing 12V to be impressed upon the HDD's 5V input.

The picture which he says is circled in red / blue doesn´t appear to me. Is there some picture attached to his first post ? Maybe my browser is acting up.

The hdd was dropped. Of course, it may be that he used the wrong cables and fried the board, as I suggested, but it also may be that the hdd stopped working after the fall and the " intenet wisdom" said it should be the TVS diodes.

I don't see a photo as of this writing, but the OP's resistance measurements, and the link to a 5V TVS diode, would seem to confirm your theory regarding a cabling error.
