I am trying to find reasonably priced donors for this USB drive for heads...is there a SATA version equivalent?

Yes, there is.

For PCB donor you need to match the PCB number. Here's a list of them: My Passport SATA PCB Replacements

As to matching the heads, you need to first know what family your drive is, which is actually contained in the part of the model after the dash. You can look that up here: WD Family Lookup
Then find a SATA drive which is from the same family and match the usual DCM, preamp, date, etc.
