Recently my new ST1000lm035 though being detedted in laptop is giving some sharp sound and are not doing anything.
PLEASE HELP.

Do not connect your drive any more. A few minutes can (will) destroy your data.
If data is needed seek pro help. Your drive belongs to a model family known to be off poor quality.
