Seagate ST500LT012-1DG142 - initialization error

Hello.
I received the Acer N15P1 tablet to install the operating system. It was this simple thing. Now the problem: the tablet has an attached keyboard under which there is an additional disk. The problem is that windows can not initialize this drive:
I connected it to my computer but the error remains.
What can it be and how to overcome it?

I just installed Acer Quick Access and everything went back to normal. The disk appeared in the system with all content.
