ST5000DM000 Acting Weird

I was able to get a copy of the critical sysfiles. Did the usual stuff like change sysfile 93 etc. I was not able to clear the DOS table or restart the media cache, maybe due to the 'issues' or the Crawford firmware. I was however able to reformat the user area which does also clear the media cache on this drive. We now have 100% LBA access and she is imaging like a WD
