SAMSUNG st1000lm024 not recognized. disk is spining

O.K so the full story:
It was my laptop's hdd 5 years ago, after 6 month replaced it with ssd and bought hdd enclosure
It worked great and but few years start to disconnecting while in use.
so...I bought another hdd enclosure and the problem solved. but. again after few years start disconnecting.
so .I bought another hdd enclosure, but, a cheap one.
The HDD didnt recognized from the second i put it in the new (the cheap) enclosure evan after i put it in the former one and even bought an expensive one, still, nothing.

so, the issue is that the HDD is spining (not clicking as far as I can hear) but does nothing, I cant see it on the computer disk management, nothing.

I'm afraid that the cheap enclosure did that.

my question is: what is wrong? PCB replace can help? is it gone?

sorry for my bad english.
