does someone know, if there is a way to know the Eng rev on Seagate prior F3 drives, without sophisticated tools (Terminal command (TTL) or something)

but how does ordinary people who sell HDDs on eBay can get the app code
its too complicated to asked them to extract the App code (IMHO), I'm looking for a simple way to get it
if it will be too complicated they will not do it
