It seems to be my week for difficult RAID's. Anyone know the layout for the above array in RAID 6 configuration?

So far I know stripe size and drive order from metadata, but cannot get the mix right.

Do you do raids personally or another guys, who you represent, do them?

I need not jump onto each and every case myself. Depending on the case and workload, I can do it myself or pass it on to another engineer. We're a company, just as you.
